Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Service Description
Revive Asian Massage, Inc. (“Revive,” “we,” “our”) provides professional massage therapy services including foot massage, full body massage, targeted area massage, combo packages, and add-on enhancements at our Overland Park, Kansas locations. All services are provided by licensed massage therapists.
2. Booking & Cancellation
Appointments can be booked online through our third-party booking partner, Fresha, or by calling us directly. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
3. Walk-In Policy
Walk-in clients are always welcome at both locations. Walk-in services are subject to therapist availability and may involve a brief wait during peak hours. We recommend booking ahead to guarantee your preferred time.
4. Payment
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. Prices are listed on our website and may be updated from time to time.
5. Gift Cards
Gift cards may be offered in the future. When available, gift card terms and conditions will be provided at the time of purchase.
6. Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive services unaccompanied. Minors under 18 may receive services only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who remains on the premises during the appointment.
7. Health Disclaimer
Massage therapy is intended for relaxation, stress relief, and general wellness. It is not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or professional medical advice. If you have any health concerns, injuries, or medical conditions, please consult your physician before booking a massage. You are responsible for informing your therapist of any relevant health conditions prior to your session.
8. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revive Asian Massage, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or conduct that compromises the safety or comfort of our staff or other clients.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
